80 Days

  

Inspired by Jules Verne's famous novel Around the World in 80 Days, trace the steps of Verne's original character, Phileas Fogg, in a fantastical trek through Egypt, India, Japan and America. Players take the role of Englishman Oliver Lavisheart who is portrayed as a sort of Indiana Jones fellow in the year 1899.

Oliver's billionaire uncle boasts to his scientific colleagues that he has created 4 major inventions and placed them in 4 different countries around the globe. The uncle then makes a hefty wager that his inventions (or proof of them) can be found in 80 days or less. Oliver decides to help his uncle, and he is off in search of them. Can he do it in time? The clock is ticking!

Players will use a combination of keyboard keys and mouse for navigation and various actions (including jumping and running). Many different modes of transportation are at Oliver's disposal to help him travel to and throughout the large locales including camels, elephants, or flying carpets, and several unusual cars, trains, steamboats and flying ships. There are adventure type puzzles to be solved and over 100 non-player characters. In addition there are several difficulty levels, side quests and time bonuses.

A-10 Tank Killer

   

This simulation puts you in the cockpit of the A-10 Thunderbolt II, which is also known as the "Warthog". As the game's name implies, it is used mainly to hunt enemy tanks, but also for destroying roads and bridges

You are armed with 30mm Avenger cannon which can fire around 70 times a second. Multiple camera angles are featured. Landing is automated and an accelerated time function is on offer.

Characters have full AI to act without your involvement, and will communicate with you in-flight. Actions in one mission affect another - something you failed to destroy in one mission can attack you later.

Version 1.5 re-released in 1991 added 7 new scenarios set during the Operation Desert Storm in Iraq

 If you want to fly a modern passenger jet then this is the sort of game for you. This is a serious simulation of flying which was developed in corporation with Lufthansa and Deutsche Airbus. The flying area includes most of Western Europe with about 80 airports. During gameplay you have to fly a specified route and navigate yourself by using the supplied map. There is also a training mode available.

B. Edition USA

    

A320 Airbus: Edition USA is the successor to A320 Airbus which focuses on a realistic simulation of flying. The main difference is a new flying area which covers the USA between the Western and Northeastern coasts with about 240 airports. Additionally the flight physics are improved. During gameplay the player has to fly specified routes and navigate himself by using the supplied map. There is also a training mode available.

Sejarah ABBA 

ABBA adalah group band asal Swedia yang terbentuk di tahun 1972, anggotanya adalah Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson dan Anni-Frid Lyngstad, nama ABBA sendiri merupakan singkatan dari inisial nama depan anggotanya, mereka memiliki trademark ᗅᗺᗷᗅ. mereka menjadi satu diantara musisi yang paling komersial dan sukses sepanjang sejarah pop, bahkan chart lagu-lagunya selalu menjadi nomor satu tangga lagu dunia dari tahun 1972 - 1982, mereka juga memenangkan Eurovision Song Contest tahun 1974, dimana hal itu merupakan kemenangan pertama Band-band asal Swedia sepanjang kontest dunia (ingat setelah ᗅᗺᗷᗅ. masih ada lagi nama-nama Roxette dan lain sebagainya).

Saat Band mereka masih aktif, Faltskog dan Ulvaeus adalah sepasang kekasih yang sudah menikah, sama seperti Lyngstad dan Andersson, meski kemudian kedua pasangan ini akhirnya bercerai.

Benny Andersson

Benny Andersson (lahir 16 Desember 1946 di Stockholm, Swedia) pada saat usianya 18 tahun ia menjadi anggota band pop rock The Hep Stars, Band ini kemudian hari terkenal dengan nama "Beatlesnya Swedia", Andersson bermaik Keyboard dan bahkan ia menulis banyak lagu untuk bandnya.

Björn Ulvaeus

Björn Ulvaeus memulai karir musiknya saat berusia 18 tahun (sebagai seorang vokalis dan gitaris) dia membentuk The Hootenanny Singers, salah satu grup Folk-Skiffle terkenal di Inggris, Ulvaeus sering menulis lagu-lagu berbahasa Inggris di banddnya, bahkan saat ia bersolo karir kelak. Pada bulan Juni 1966 The Hootenanny Singers dan The Hep Stars mengadakan tur bersama, lalu Ulvaeus dan Andersson kemudian memutuskan untuk menulis lagu bersama, lagu bahasa Inggris yang mereka tulis adalah "Isn't It Easy to Say"

Agnetha Fältskog (born 5 April 1950 in Jönköping, Sweden)

Agnetha Fältskog Lahir pada tanggal 5 April 1950 di Jönköping, Swedia, ia sebelumnya adalah seorang penyanyi dan juga seorang pedansa yang kemudian hari Bernt Enghardt mengirimkan demo lagunya ke Karl Gerhard Lundkvist. Demo lagu ini berisikan lagu-lagu yang di tulis dan dinyanyikan oleh Faltskog "Jag var sa kar" Lundkvist kemudian tertarik dengan lagunya dan berharap dia akan menjadi bintang, Lundkvist kemudian hari mengirimkan Faltskog ke Stockholm untuk merekam dua lagunya, saat itulah lagu-lagu Faltskog terjual laris dengan jumlah kopian 80.000 dan menduduki chart nomor satu di Swedia kala itu.

Faltskog bertemu Ulvaeus saat dia membintangi sebuah acara tv di tahun 1969, lalu mereka menikah pada tanggal 6 Juli 1971, Faltskog dan Ulvaeus sering rekaman bareng dan mendirikan banyak studio rekaman. Saat mendirikan Studio Rekaman ketiga itulah Faltskog dan Ulvaeus bertemu dengan Andersson dan Lyngstad (mereka dulu sering menjadi backing vokal Faltskog)

Anni-Frid "Frida" Lyngstad

Anni-Frid "Frida" Lyngstad lahir pada tanggal 15 November 1945 di Bjørkåsen in Ballangen, Norwegia, mulai menyanyi saat berusia 13 tahun dengan berbagai macam Band berirama Dansa, dia juga pernah membentuk band yang bernama Anni-Frid Four, di musim panas 1967 dia memenangkan National Talent Competition dengan lagi "En Ledig Dag" yang merupakan versi spanyol (dia memang bisa bahasa spanyol) yang berjudul "A Day in Protofino" lagu ini termasuk kedalam album kompilasi Frida 1967-1972, hadiah pertamanya adalah kontrak dengan EMI Swedia dan perform live di acara Populer negara itu Lynstad lalu merilis beberapa style schlager singel dengan EMI namun tak sekalipun sukses. Saat Benny Andersson memulai untuk memproduksi rekamannya pada tahun 1971, lagunya telah menjadi singel nomor 1 "Min egen stad" yang di tulis oleh Benny yang menampilkan seluruh anggota ABBA sebagai Backing vokal. Frida pernah bertemu Ulvaeus pada tahun 1963 saat acara kontes talen dan Faltskog pada sebuah acara TV Show di awal 1968.

Lyngstad akhirnya menghubungkan dua sejoli itu untuk masuk menjadi anggota Bandnya dan akhirnya dia juga bertemu dengan Andersson pada tanggal 1 Maret 1969. beberapa minggu kemudian mereka akhirnya menikah.

Pembentukan Grup Band ABBA

Setelah tahun 1970 dan merilis lagu Lycka, dua album yang di beri nama "Bjorn & Benny" di rilis di Swedia, dengan lagu "Det kan ingen doktor hjälpa" dan "Tänk om jorden vore ung" dengan Faltskog dan Frida sebagai backing vokalnya, mereka kemudian benar-benar sukses.

Faltskog dan Ulvaeus kemudian menikah, setelah itu mereka memulai penampilan pertama mereka dengan Andersson sebagai Bassis saat musim panas 1971

Stig Anderson seorang pendiri dan pemilik Polar Music, menentukan masa depan Andersson dan Ulvaeus "Suatu hari nanti kalian akan menulis musik yang akan mencetak hit" Stig Anderson
mendorong Ulvaeus dan Andersson untuk menulis lagu di ajang acara Melodi Festivalen, dan setelah dua kali di tolak pada tahun 1971, Andersson dan Ulvaeus memasukkan lagu mereka "Sag det med en sang" di tahun 1972, mereka memilih pendatang baru Lena Anderson untuk tampil, lagu mereka menempati peringkat tiga dan di dukung oleh Stig Anderson dan menjadi hit di Swedia.

Ternyata kesuksesan mereka berlanjut di luar negeri, lagu Andersson dan Ulvaeus "She's My Kind of Girl" di rilis melalui Epic Records di Jepang pada bulan Maret 1972, lagu ini mendapatkan peringkat Top 10 Hit. Dua single mereka di rilis di Jepang.

Di awal 1973, Stig Anderson mencoba untuk menggunakan berbagai nama, di mulai dengan nama depan mereka yang di singkat dengan ABBA, Stig yakin nama mereka akan mendunia dan membawa harum nama Swedia.

 STORY
You play a rookie boxer trying to fight your way to the top. Fight bouts to win money, to pay for your training and manager. Ultimately fighting you way to the title "Champion".

GAMEPLAY
TV Sports Boxing introduces many elements within the game, which among others may be categorized as the following:

• Character Creation
  The "campaign" version in TV Sports: Boxing allows you to start "a new career" of which you have to create a new "human player". Here you can customize your boxer, generally how he looks but more importantly what stats he begins, what style of boxing (ie. Boxer, Brawler, Dancer, Defensive) and which punch packs the most (ie. Jab, Cross, Uppercut).
• Managing Bouts and Training
  At the "Training Camp" you can meet up with your manager and your trainer.
  
  The Manager sets up bouts for you to fight in the following month. Managers can only introduce bouts relevant to their "quality" of service. Better managers may be hired as they provide better paying bouts - and higher ranking opponents (though they also ask a higher wage). You must however, fire your current manager first and have adequate funds to hire a new one.
  
  Each bout pays a certain amount of money. Regardless if you win or lose (minus manager cuts, trainer fees and training camp expenses).
  
  The Trainer provides you with additional training per month, depending on his/her specialty stat (ie. Power, Stamina, Footwork, etc.) If you continue a successful career, better trainers will appear offering different types of services (which they also ask a higher fee, of course).
  
  While meeting with the Trainer, you can also purchase equipment to increase your training (stats increase). There are 3 slots available for equipment. Equipment have a certain duration of time (months) expiration before it needs to be replaced.
  
  Additionally, you can also view your character here, to view monthly stats increase, either obtained by training or by bouts (stats increase are automatic).
• Round 1 - Fight!
  After you've arranged a bout with your manager, you can enter the appointed bout in the following month. The TV commentator gives comments on "Tale-of-the-Tape" of both boxers before the match begins, as well as the rules of the game.
  
  The Ring
  The match starts in a top-down perspective - here you can close in to your opponent and fight face-to-face or you can dance around the ring (usually meant to increase your stamina).
  
  Boxing
  The fight itself enters a 3rd person perspective screen (Player 1 on the left, Computer opponent or Player 2 on the right).
  
  The purpose is of course to weaken your opponent and knock him down! If the stamina bar reaches zero, the opponent falls down. However, if the Head or Body reaches zero, they fall down and don't stand up! Knock Out!
  
  Being knocked out 3 times in the same round or serious injuries is considered a T.K.O.

Abrams Battle Tank 

   

Take the most powerful NATO tank, the M-1 Abrams, in 8 difficult missions against the Warsaw Pact forces. The four tank stations and the other aspects of the tank are quite nicely simulated, with different types of cannon rounds, coax machine guns, and all that. There's also the independent turret and track rotation commands.

ACCOLADE Comics Featuring Steve Keene Thrillseeker

    

A young boy reads his favorite comic book about secret agent Steve Keene. The story begins when agent Keene's boss sends him on one of two missions: to Vienna to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a famous professor, or to solve the mystery of strange self-replicating non-functioning fire hydrants.

While reading from page to page like a comic magazine you can interact with the characters when you choose what Keene should do or say; sometimes you even can take control over Keene to surpass action sequences.
