Civil War : Secret Missions
Civil War: Secret Missions Windows Front Cover  Civil War: Secret Missions Windows Back Cover

During the Civil War, small and irregular pockets of men were called upon to perform spectacular raids, disrupt enemy supply lines and wreak havoc on opposing armies setting the stage for great battles!

Secret Missions is the sequel to the History Channel sponsored Civil War: A Nation Divided, and like the previous game is also a first person shooter. Unlike the previous game that focused on the major battles, this game instead shifts the action to raids and capturing enemy weapons. Play as either a solider fighting for the United States or the Confederate States as you use a number of experimental civil war weapons such as the famous Gatling Gun, or perform a raid on the Baltimore and Ohio with General "Stonewall" Jackson.

Classic British Motor Racing

This is a racing game featuring British cars from the 60's. There are 13 cars available: Austin Mini Cooper, MGA MKII, MGB MKI, Austin Healey 3000, MG Midget, Triumph Spitfire, Triumph TR2, Riley RM, Triumph TR2 A, Rover P6, Triumph TR5, Triumph TR6 and a secret car to be unlocked after qualifying with the 12 first cars.

The game features three gameplay modes: Single Race, Time Trials and Challenge. In order to play the Single Race and Challenge modes, the player has to unlock cars racing one lap in any circuit in the Time Trials mode, within the time limit. Once the cars are unlocked, they'll be available in the other two play modes, with three different painting options.

The Single Race mode, as the name implies, lets the player chose any of the unlocked cars and race against 7 other competitors in any course of choice. There are 6 circuits available: Scottish Highlands, Rooksley Forest, Greenwood County, Foxglove Lane, Westminster Run and London City Centre.

In the Challenge mode, three cups are available: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each one comprising 4 circuits. Each cup won unlocks the next.

The game can be played using the keyboard or a gamepad. The controls consist in buttons for steering, accelerating, breaking and hand breaking. Three camera angles are available: from behind the car (3rd person view), from the hood and from the car's front (first person views). A "review mirror" camera is also available.

The game has three levels of difficulty and can be played in a two player split-screen mode.

Concentration was a popular game show in the mid-to-late 1980s, and this game was adapted from that television program.

Two players can play against each other, or one person can play against a computer generated opponent. The answer to the puzzle is hidden by tiles. The tiles have words denoting game prizes ("Mexico", "Camera", "Telescope", for example), and your object is to find the two matching worded tiles. Exposing two at a time, your memory is taxed as more prize tiles are revealed and then covered over again. As more tiles are matched, the hidden puzzle is revealed. Solve the puzzle and you win the game.

Clay Fighter

Clay Fighter is a 2D fighting game released in which the characters, as the name suggests, are made completely out of clay. This allows for interesting moves and stylized graphics. The zany roster includes: Bad Mr. Frosty, a snowman; Taffy, a piece of stretchable candy; Blob, a character who can morph into different shapes; Blue Suede Goo, an Elvis knock-off; Ickybod Clay, a pumpkin-headed ghost; Helga, an opera singer; and Bonker, the crazed clown. Each character also has their own level and individual taunts.

Clay Fighter 2, just like its predecessor, is a Street Fighter-like fighting game for 1 or 2 players.

The characters were made out of clay and then renderized, which provides the game some individuality in the enormous mass of Super NES fighting games.

Cliffhanger

Standard side-scrolling beat'em up based off of the Stallone film of the same name. Sly must fight thugs and the elements as he tracks down suitcases of stolen cash dropped around the peaks of the Rockies. Combat follows the Final Fight standard, broken up by some mountain climbing and running (or 3-D snowboarding on the Sega CD) from avalanches.

Enemies are the standard brawler crooks, occasionally carrying guns and knives the player can pick up. The game tends to follow a pattern of having you deal with a natural hazard (scaling a cliff, leaping over gaps), then locking the screen down for a fighting segment, nature again, fighting again, etc. The available fighting moves is limited, compared to other games of this type, and the ability to hit an enemy character is noticeably less accurate.

The plot is identical to the film, with levels based off of, or inspired by, scenes in the movie. Animated cutscenes move the story along on the cartridge systems, while brief clips from the film play between levels on the Sega CD.

Clock Tower 3 is a survival horror action adventure in which you play as Alyssa, a girl approaching her 15th birthday. She is summoned home from boarding school because of a mysterious letter from her mother. When she arrives, her mother is gone and only a scary stranger is there to greet her. Alyssa is about to inherit a great power, and the mysterious stranger, who is closely related to her but keeps his identity hidden at first, is out to get it.

But before she does so, Alyssa must pacify a couple of souls in her adventure, who needs to be laid to rest, by returning to them items of sentimental value. Even though they are dead, she has the ability to interact with them and bring them happiness in the end. However, in order to do so, she will have to uncover clues that piece their stories all the while being chased by serial killers which killed those who she is trying to help. During her search and exploration, she cannot directly fight the serial killers, but will have to look for places to hide or try to outsmart them, stun them or evade their attacks since outrunning and outgunning them is not an option.

In the end, when Alyssa pacifies the lost souls, she gets to face each of them in combat. Armed with nothing but bow and arrow, the combat revolves around lots of running and attacking from the distance, using different types of arrows to stun and ultimately defeat the killers pursuing her. After all is done, the killers are defeated, and the story comes to conclusion, Alyssa will face the mysterious strange in the final struggle.
