Based on the MegaTraveller table-top science-fiction game, your task in The Zhodani Conspiracy is to prevent war breaking out between the Zhodani Consulate and the Imperium - Zhodani officials have bribed some of their Imperium counterparts to try and bring about a war between the two sides.

In this role-playing game character creation is the first task. Characters can be created and then put through a choice of five military careers to gain skills and experience semi-randomly (there are more than 70 talents and abilities), or you can simply compose your squad of five from the pre-defined roster.

In total there are 28 planets grouped within 8 solar systems, and there's not much space free of adventure and mystery. 30 different types of cargo exist for interplanetary trading and bartering. Combat takes place in real-time, you can control any one of your characters while giving orders to the others.

Meitantei Conan (名探偵コナン) also known as Detective Conan is an adventure game based on anime and manga with the same title. While this is not the first Meitantei Conan game to be released, it is the first of many such adventure games on consoles. The game contains two original new cases which can be played in any order and contains anime style opening movies for each of the cases. The game uses top-down perspective with artwork showing side view to achieve bird's perspective presentation. In both episodes, the player directly controls Conan which can move up, down, left, or right, and can talk to other characters or interact with current locations and on-screen objects. As the case story progresses, many puzzle oriented mini-games will also become available.

While they were investigating the case, an actual murder has occurred. A seemingly unrelated to the threatening letter schoolgirl has been killed. Conan isn't wasting a minute on letting Kogorou try and solve it and is already looking for clues, questioning suspects, and trying to make the deduction that will uncover the motive behind the murder and the real culprit responsible for it.

Kotou no Takaramono Jiken (孤島の宝物事件) case
Boys detective club comprised of Conan Edogawa (whose real name is Shinichi Kudo), Ayumi Yoshida, Genta Kojima, and Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya, have come to visit Ayumi's uncle. Before long they find themselves riding a huge waves on a rough sea which caused Conan to fall overboard. When he woke up, he found himself on an isolated island with yacht debris covering the shore and his friends missing. This in turn will turn into a quest for a secret treasure, but the island will also test Conan's survival skills.

Written by the same scenario writer who wrote for the animated TV series, this story of Detective Conan brings three sharp-witted characters from the franchise through three separate cases together. Scenario 1 focuses on Ai Haibara, an adult shrank to the size of an elementary school student by the same drug as Conan. Scenario 2 focuses on Heiji Hattori, the great detective from the west who is also aware of Conan's true identity. And scenario 3 focuses on Conan Edogawa, whose real name is Shin'ichi Kudou. All three separate cases have one thing in common, though... the men in black organization who was behind Conan's mysterious transformation. The gameplay is that of a typical visual novel with adventure elements such as searching the scenes for clues, questioning suspects and uncover mysteries during the investigation.

Men in Black

Men in Black: The Game loosely adapts the successful 1997 film into an action/adventure game akin to Resident Evil, with 3D characters moving through pre-rendered backgrounds with fixed camera perspectives.

In an introductory level, players control NYPD cop James Edwards (as played by Will Smith in the film) who investigates a possible robbery in a New York apartment building. After finding out an alien creature is behind it, he is recruited into the Men in Black, a secret organization that supervises alien life on Earth. Now known as Agent J, he, along with his colleagues K and L (Tommy Lee Jones' and Linda Fiorentino's film character, respectively), protect the Earth from malevolent aliens and prevent the public from learning about the existence of extraterrestrial life.

The main part of the game begins at MIB headquarters. Here, players are briefed on the next mission in the briefing room and can change their weapon and do target practice at the shooting gallery. Several different weapons are available, from realistic firearms to the futuristic guns seen in the film, including the small but powerful Noisy Cricket. Before a mission, players can choose to play as J, K or L. The three have different fighting styles and their dialogue also differs. The game includes three main missions, which send the agents to the Arctic, the Amazon and a remote island. Stylized comic-style cutscenes advance the story between levels.

Missions involve exploring the surroundings, combat with aliens (either hand-to-hand or with guns) and puzzle-solving: finding keycards to open doors, restarting the computer system, or distracting a dog for a way to pass. Ammunition is limited and thus should be conserved, but can be refilled from the supplies of fallen enemies or occasional caches found in the levels.
